With the way we produce our food, we are literally pulling the rug out from under ourselves. The soils are depleted and plowed, compacted and salinized, flooded with fertilizers and pesticides.
We visited farmers and researchers, agricultural industry lobbyists and politicians for over a year. Always with the question: How do we save the soil?
